Insure Oklahoma is an innovative program Oklahoma has created to bridge the gap in the health care coverage for low-income working adults.
Under the Employer-Sponsored Insurance (ESI) program, premium costs are shared by the state (60 percent), the employer (25 percent) and the employee (15 percent).

Insure Tulsa is a new program that is now available that allows the George Kaiser foundation to offer up to $2000 start up premium to any business with the following criteria:
1) Have under 15 employees.
2) Be located in Tulsa Count
3) Not had prior group coverage within the last 3 months.
4) Must have at least one employee qualify and be approved for Insure Oklahoma.
5) Keep group plan for at least 12 months.
